Rayados de Monterrey are hoping to bring Sergio Ramos to join Lucas Ocampos, Sergio Canales and Oliver Torres who currently play for the club.

Rayados de Monterrey president José Antonio Noriega has told Spanish sports programme ‘El Chiringuito’ that he is hopeful of signing former Spain defender Sergio Ramos, who is currently a free agent. 

Ramos is a free agent after his contract with Sevilla expire this summer and has been link with talks with Saudi Arabia, the United States and a number of other Brazilian clubs, but the 38-year-old centre-back has yet to agree a move to any club. 

Recently, Mexican side Rayados de Monterrey, who recently sign Lucas Ocampos, are the latest team to be link with a move for Ramos. 

‘Sergio Ramos is Sergio Ramos, he is the best centre-back in the last 15 years of top-level football and it would be a privilege for Rayados de Monterrey to sign him, especially with the Club World Cup in mind… Sergio Ramos gives you the potential at every level, in every aspect,’ Noriega said.

If Ramos does sign with Rayados de Monterrey ยูฟ่าเบท, he will be reunite with familiar faces like Ocampos, Sergio Canales and Oliver Torres, who were previously at the Mexican club.
