The gang went out to celebrate Sharon’s belated 21st birthday yesterday. We went to sing at K-Box, followed by dinner at Waraku. The lamest joke of the day was when Sin Yin asked James if he could rap and Yee Loong replied “I can crap”.
That was so hilarious!
We took a short walk from Orchard all the way to City Hall and I noticed they are putting up the Christmas decorations already. I have to say that the Santa isn’t adorable at all. A bigger head and a smaller body would definitely looks cuter than a smaller head and fatter body.
On a random note, I couldn’t wait for Christmas to come. It’s the gift exchange season again and it’s time to love and share!
Is there anyone in Singapore who would like to do a gift/card exchange?

Yee Loong also gave me some tips on taking night shots and gave me a short lesson about shutter speed and aperture.
I think Orchard is a good place to take night shots in Singapore. All the newly renovated buildings have fantastic lightings.

Hey Dayna.
I like the new header you put up. It looks absolutely wicked, I love the abstractness and colours.
Happy Birthday to Sharon.
LOL at that joke, aha.
Ooh, what’s that in your micro shot? Lychees? I haven’t ate lychees in ages.
It looks great.
Mmmm. That food looks nice. I’m even more hungry now. D: Lol.

I’m glad you like the new header.
It’s both logans and lychees. They taste delicious even though they are straight from the cans.

Hi! It’s my first time put a comment here
Christmas deco already in Orchard road?! Whoaa cool! xD I’m coming to Singapore this week. I thought there won’t be any special decoration/event when I visit there, except The Halloween event

Halloween is not widely celebrated in Singapore and hence very few Halloween decorations are put up.

You’re welcome my dear!
Eh, nope? Photography isn’t really a career path for me. It’s just a leisure hobby to snap away with the camera. I think I might just stick to my Accountancy field and do some part time designing work.

I find that I enjoy reading a lot of blogs without feeling that sort of “chore” to do it just because they are doing the same. I guess that’s why I stopped accepting at first! And thank you!
Ooh, happy birthday to Sharon! I know the 21st birthday is also special in Australia.
I remember when you tweeted that “I can crap”. I think I favourited your tweet.
Is that lychee? Why, all the desserts and food look great!
I remember going karaoke with my friends one time. It was really enjoyable even if we could not sing very well. But everyone being there it was great fun. Inside, the room was a bit warm though.
You’re right; a Santa like that definitely looks more appealing! Although children are probably used to seeing a big old man maybe because it gives them that sense of security. Or maybe it’s just a tradition that’s been buried in people’s minds for a while.

All the food looks so good! I can’t wait to come to Singapore! I am moving there next year to start work – I’m actually looking for a place to live in the Central Business District (or near a subway station). But housing is really expensive in Singapore, eh? Well, anyway, it looks like a lot of fun!

I’m sure you will love Singapore! Housing is more expensive in the Central Business District but I think those further away from the city but still near the train stations are cheaper than those right in the middle of the business district. I hope you can find your ideal home in Singapore.

Glad you had fun! What kind of camera do you use? It takes AMAZING pictures. Singapore (I think that’s where you said you were at) is very pretty. I can’t believe Christmas decorations are going up already, but here in the states all the stores have Halloween and Christmas decorations out already too.

Fun party with good friends and delicious food. Awesome! Woot, I’m drooling over that delicious pasta..
Waw, Singapore already starts dressing up for Christmas. That’s great, I’m so envious. I guess Jakarta will be decorated maybe like in early December or late November..
Sucks~

OMG, I could see noises in the 3rd picture! Guess all digital cameras cannot work well under low light conditions.
But then I think the santa claus looks funny. Look at the belly! Just like some uncle la! haha
