Christmas is my favourite festival season and hence I decided to share photographs of how Christmas is like in Singapore. It’s pretty easy to spot the arrival of Christmas in Singapore. The trees, trim shops, sales and special Christmas catalogues will start popping up. Everywhere screams “It’s Christmas!”.

I went to Marina Square recently and theirs looks good too 
Though I have this feeling they use the same purple deco every year coz it looks really familiar.
My favorite this year has got to be the teddy bear trees in Taka!! I saw them the other day and wanted to steal them!!! Every year, one of my favorite trees has got to be the one at NgeeAnnCity! The one u took a pic of
A sign to me that Xmas is here is when they start playing Xmas music everywhere. I really really really love Christmas music.

Haha, I have some of Tampiness Mall. I’m heading to Jurong Point and some other malls to take Christmas shots over the weekends.
Hmm, Marina usually uses purple decorations. I remembered that as well!

btw, are we allowed to take pictures inside a shopping mall there? I mean, no security guard? I was afraid to take pictures inside Takashimaya back then when I was visiting Singapore..

It is okay to take photographs inside shopping malls in Singapore. However, there are some shops that do not allow photography (like special gift shops etc. I know a shop at the top floor of Ion Shopping Mall doesn’t allow video or photography). They usually put signs outside their shops and in that case, avoid taking photographs near the shop. Otherwise, it’s definitely all right to take photos in malls. I always do that!
There are security guards but seriously I don’t think they mind. Many people take photos in the malls as well. Unless we create inconvenient for others, the guards will usually ignore us.
