It’s been some time since I spend time drawing in Photoshop. I tried to “catch up” on my drawings by working on the current layout last week and also an illustration for Connie of Turtelina Kingdom. I was very interested in this project when Connie approached me regarding this particular illustration she had in mind. Personally I like drawing animals much more than humans. Turtles, books and iphones aren’t something I’ve worked on previously so it’s like a brand new challenge for me. The hardest part of this illustration is actually the iphone. I don’t own any myself so I did a goggle and tried to make it look as iphone like as possible without the menus. This is what I came up with; a new member of my portfolio.

I love your illustration! Where I’m from, I’m surrounded by iPhones.

You always have the cutest illustrations. I love your latest one, the turtle is absolutely adorable! I love the way you colored it.

Oh wow, that looks amazing! The iPhone looks fine and very cute. You did an awesome job on it! The turtle looks great as well.
In reply to your comment – yes, I neglected to realise that. Computers in a little network usually do have the same IP address, especially with the case of work buildings.
That must have been terrible to have your layout copied. I haven’t ever had a layout directly copied but I have had my tutorials copied, and another time someone copied my personal blogs and changed the names. They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery… but sometimes I think it can get all too much.

beautiful. especially love the turtle.
I’m assuming you use some sort of tablet to draw? Because if you’re doing this with a mouse, I believe we all need to bow down to your superior skills.

Thanks! I don’t have a tablet, I use the mouse.
