Is there a time where you feel that you do not have time management? Someone told me that today. I always procrastinate for my studies (which I really shouldn’t do that again). Thereafter comes the regret. I should start drafting a study plan from the Precious moments weekly schedule pads by Sissy gave me last Christmas. I will not procrastinate anymore! I am adding that to my New Year resolution.
Due to all the post exams stress, I am guilty for undergoing another session of retail therapy. Today’s session cost around SGD 130. There’s a Body Shop clearance sales of up to 60% at IMM today and I am too tempted and grab some (actually it’s just a few
) shampoos etc. I got a new Mickey tank and another top from FOX as well.

Body Shop Loots - It's not a lot, is it?
- Honey Moisturising Shampoo and Conditioner
- Seaweed Deep Cleansing Facial Wash
- Aloe Calming Gentle Facial Wash
- Tea Tree Oil Face Mask
- Tea Tree Oil Blemish Fade Night Lotion
- Brazil Nut Moisture Mask
- Papaya Bath & Shower Gel (Free gift)
I am going to stop the retail therapy for a while until my wallet gets filled up again. Trust me, I swear I will do that. And I think I shall post some reviews of the products I’ve tried before… when I have the time. Retail therapy is really efficient, it helps to de-stress and cheer you up. It works well for girls, guys it’s still in experimental stage whether it works or not.

I have a thing for retail therapy also. But I have a tendency to buy things that I *think* I need, but really don’t! lol I just buy things because they are there and not because I really need them. *sigh* lol

Retail therapy doesn’t work for me unless what I’m buying are photographic equipments
haha. Each person has his/her own way of relieving stress and I’m happy that you’re feeling a lot better after spending nothing more than $150. I’ve got friends that go on shopping sprees after exams that can punch a really enormous hole in their purses. One spent $300+ in a day at Orchard. Wow.
Usually when I’m stressed I will dig comfort food (I’m a foodie anyway). My favourites will me Starbuck’s caramel-flavoured-ice-blended-frappuccino and Coffee Bean’s mudpie. Teehee!
Take care and have a wonderful Sunday!

When I was still in college, I would splurge right after my final submissions, so your mention of retail therapy brought back nice memories. For me, not for my wallet. Haha!
Oh, and I heard that some guys do take a kick out of retail therapy, though I don’t think they pop by The Body Shop as often as we do..

Retail therapy doesn’t help me very much (and I’m a girl) — it just makes me feel worse to spend money
I’d rather just relax with some ice cream.
I am a superb procrastinator. I just work better when deadlines are only a few hours away and there is a lot of pressure
